Got huge, pleasantly decorated room with kitchenette. A couch and a balcony were available here. The location was very central, fantastic easy to walk to everything from. The stay for early morning meetings certainly was great value for money.

The breakfast was gorgeous with fresh fruit, juice and also a good coffee, and the restaurant's offer was excellent. Also, location was marvellous and handy, not too far from Crown Melbourne Casino. The airport was 12 miles away.

21 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to main attractions.

The location was perfect and incredible - ease of access to Arts Centre Melbourne. Moreover, it was walking distance to a museum and a church. I booked brand-new and top-class room with a great view, level eleven and bedroom.

The stay for 1 night certainly was great value for money. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a very quiet area, really close to cbd and federation square and close venues like Hamer Hall. Had neat room with an inward facing window for an excellent stay.

It has very amiable staff at the reception desk and perfect and incredible location, that could not be beaten. And it's set in a nice quiet area really close to Southbank and restaurants and the Art centre and restaurants.

It was great value for money among other available hotels in Melbourne. The food was great - plenty of options. The location was central, adjacent to Fabulous to be so local to Melbourne central, tram station & bus station and transport and outdoor areas. Furthermore, to many attractions in CBD.

Everything was simply fabulous. There were incredible breakfasts with yummy tapas, gluten free cereal and juice and the location was marvellous. My apartment had modern conveniences, including climate control and it's own balcony.

This hotel is truly a gem when it comes to value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the prime location just behind the main strip of Southbank. It was perfect for exploring all that the vibrant city has to offer, being within a 2-minute walk of the Arts Centre. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms had nice furnishings that added a touch of comfort to our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room and even received a complimentary bottle of champagne, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast included in the rate was a fantastic bonus, with yummy tapas that kept us fueled for the day ahead.

Our only minor concern was that the room seemed a bit tired and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, all in all, our stay at this hotel was just fine.
